You can produce content for SOHOVA if you participate in some activities of the city of Oulu’s Youth Services (such as Youth Centres, Workshops or participatory activities).

SOHOVA is a publication platform that belongs to the youth where you can explore content made by others or publish your own content.
You can publish your own content by following the instructions below or by contacting sohova@ouka.fi and we will help you!
Content production instructions in SOHOVA
The easiest way to publish your content on SOHOVA is to publish your video, stream, recording, podcast, short film, song, picture or other media production to a public media streaming service. We can share your production when it is published to one of the services listed below.
YouTube – you can create a free account and publish videos, songs or short films.
Twitch – you can create a free account and publish recordings, live broadcasts and gaming clips.
Spotify – you can create a free account and publish songs and podcasts.
Send us the information listed below via e-mail. Before we can publish your creation, we will ensure that you have given us all the required information!
Give us the following information via e-mail
The name or title of your creation, how should it be called on the page.
Description or other text that should be presented with the creation. It can be as long as you wish.
Creation date. Tell us whether you created it today or earlier.
Link to your creation if it has been published in some service!
If your creation is a picture, please include it as an e-mail attachment.
Nickname you want to be known as. You may use your real name if you want.
Hashtags you want to include with your creation.
Please remember that presenting curse words and hurtful content is strictly prohibited in SOHOVA.
