Byström One‑Stop Guidance Centre offers a wide range of services for young people under the age of 30 living in Oulu, and booking an appointment has been made as easy as possible. You can book a time for housing advice, study counselling, substance use support, sexual counselling, information and guidance services, as well as the One‑Visit Short‑Term Therapy service. Each service is designed to support young adulthood in different life situations — whether you’re dealing with everyday challenges, planning your future, or looking to strengthen your wellbeing.

Byström One‑Stop Guidance Centre serves you at Torikatu 10 (inside the Oulu10 building) from Monday to Thursday between 9:00–16:00 and on Fridays between 9:00–15:00. You are welcome to visit us — whether your matter is big or small. You can come just as you are, and together we will look for solutions that fit your situation. At Byström, we meet you genuinely and individually. Our goal is that every visit helps you move toward a smoother everyday life and clearer direction.
