Byström One-Stop Guidance Centre moved to new premises at the beginning of the year and can now be found at Oulu10, a location already familiar to many. You may have visited Oulu10 before to buy a bus card or concert tickets, or perhaps to join Villa Victor’s Coffee Club.

We are hosting an Open House event on Monday, March 23, where you can explore our new facilities and learn about our services. During the event, you can get information about all the services offered at Byström One-Stop Guidance Centre —there are many! There will be information points where our staff will introduce the services and answer any questions you may have.

You are also welcome to simply come and see the space and learn where to find us. The Open House is intended for young people under 30 living in Oulu, their families, and close ones, as well as professionals working with youth. Coffee, tea, and snacks will be served.

We will also hold two general presentations about Byström One-Stop Guidance Centre services during the day. The presentations will take place from 9:30–11:00 and 14:15–15:45. Please register for a presentation by emailing bystrom@ouka.fi or calling 050 599 2293. The meeting room where the presentations are held can accommodate 24 people. Participation in the rest of the day’s program does not require registration—you can simply drop in at a time that suits you.

How to Find Us

When you arrive at Oulu10, you will find the Byström One-Stop Guidance Centre service desk right near the entrance. The staff member at the desk will guide you to the correct place. It is a good starting point whether you arrive without an appointment or for a scheduled meeting.
