Come join the New Oulu Residents’ Evenings

Are you a young person under 30? Has your postal code changed to an Oulu one? Or perhaps the area and people still feel unfamiliar, even if you’ve lived here for a while?

Would you like to meet others in the same situation?

Oulun O. — O is for Oulu. Oulu might sometimes look a bit gloomy, but beneath the grey exterior beats a warm heart. Come and get to know it!

Now there’s an easy way to do it: join the New Oulu Residents’ Evenings. These evenings will be held four times during the autumn.

You’re welcome just as you are. Whether you moved here for studies, work, love, or just for a change of scenery, you’re invited. During the evenings, we’ll introduce various services, hobbies, and leisure activities available in Oulu.

And don’t worry—you won’t go thirsty or hungry. We’ll be serving tea, coffee, and light snacks. So come along, grab a cup, and make yourself comfortable. We’ll take care of the rest! Each evening will have two youth workers from Nuorten Bysis, Byström Guidance Center, or ODL. We’ll also have special guest appearances.
