Oulu Youth Services rents a band space in Kaijonharju. The space is rented based on the following principles:
- Band members are from Oulu and 16–26 years old
- Contact person is an adult
- Spaces are rented for a prescribed period (1–3 weeks)

Open Band Spaces
The Youth Services has open band spaces in the facilities of the Haukipudas Youth Centre, Toppila Youth Centre and Nuorten Bysis Youth Centre.
Nuorten Bysis Youth Centre: electric piano, drums, electric guitar, bass, acoustic guitar, ukulele and mics.
Haukipudas Youth Centre: bass, acoustic guitar, two electric guitars, drums, keyboard and mics.
Toppila Youth Centre: drums, two electric guitars, acoustic guitar, electric bass and mics.
The spaces are primarily meant for 7–17-year-old music hobbyists and the use of the spaces is free of charge.
