Do you have a vocational restaurant industry education? Do you want to learn more and utilize your skills? Are you interested in preparing organic and local food in a real lunch restaurant? Do you enjoy customer service work? 

Makoisa is a professional kitchen and requires vocational restaurant industry education or student status in the industry. Working in a professional kitchen, you will gain work experience and learn work routines. You will get to participate in all lunch restaurant work duties under the guidance of the Executive Chef and a Work Coach.
