At Byström One-Stop Guidance Centre , young adults under the age of 30 living in Oulu can meet a substance use worker from Pohde every other Tuesday from 13:00 to 15:45. With the substance use worker, you can talk about concerns related to substance use or gambling, receive health counselling, and reflect on your situation safely and confidentially. If you prefer, you may also visit anonymously.
Why come and talk?
Concerns related to substances or gambling can be small or large — you are allowed to seek help for all of them. With the substance use worker, you can:
- reflect on your situation in a calm environment
- receive information and health counselling
- talk about change without pressure
- get support in accessing services
- visit anonymously if that feels safer
